Aqua Restaurants were struggling with inconsistent internet and phone lines across all venues, hindering their card machine payment performance and connectivity. Coupled with no guest portal or end-user detail capture for their marketing team to maximise outreach, they reached out for our help.

Inconsistent & Slow Internet Across All Venues

Existing copper lines were slow and often went offline, leaving Aqua Restaurants without the ability to take payment and serve customers.

Deployed SkyFii guest captive portal across all Aqua Restaurants sites. Allowing authentication via genuine email to then build on existing marketing database for upcoming promotions and offers.
