For us, becoming a B Corp wasn’t just about a badge, it’s about proving our commitment to balancing profit with people and the planet.
The accreditation holds us accountable to the highest standards of social and environmental responsibility, ensuring that sustainability is built into everything we do. From reducing carbon through our electric fleet to supporting our community, our B Corp journey is about making business a genuine force for good.
We’ve been running a fully electric company vehicle fleet for over three years, and it’s here to stay. Every OTS car is powered by renewable energy, saving tonnes of carbon each year. And as we grow, our fleet will too, without adding to the UK’s carbon footprint.
It’s simple: if it’s not in use, it’s switched off. Our offices, and those of our partners, use PIR (passive infrared) systems to power down equipment and lighting when spaces are empty. It’s a small change that cuts energy waste and costs. So, if there’s an empty room? Lights out. Tech off. Waste cut.
We work with ETM Waste to ensure our waste is managed responsibly from start to finish. That means recycling wherever possible, disposing of materials safely, and avoiding landfill unless there’s no other option.
We’re proud to partner with Ecologi to support reforestation, clean energy, and other impactful climate projects around the world. Together, we’re backing initiatives that promote clean water access and decent work, because building a better future means doing more than just business as usual.
This year, that support has helped fund reforestation and restoration efforts across Africa; from planting forest gardens in Tanzania and Uganda, to bringing life back to degraded land in Ethiopia and Senegal. These are environmental and community investments with long-term impact.
Our commitment to the community goes hand in hand with our work in sustainability. From supporting local charities to paying a real living wage, we believe in making a positive difference in every way we can.
